I sit within the Media Partnerships team and look after all our digital media partnerships. This involves everything from e-commerce to programmatic and apps. I work with clients to build effective digital campaigns that successfully targets the right shopper at the right point of the journey to encourage sales.

A quick Q&A with Lou

Favourite Capture campaign and why?

My favourite campaign was working with our charity partner, The Trussell Trust. We worked with the local food bank in Southwark to build their Christmas campaign. We were able to leverage our campaign skills to benefit a very worthy organisation and successfully help them fundraise.

How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture values?

Stay Hungry – I want to always be focused on developing our digital proposition always growing our knowledge and expertise to really push the boundaries of shopper.

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?

Digital works!

What are you known for around the office?

Wearing an insane amount of yellow.

What piece of shopper media would you be and why?

An interstitial ad – always popping up and highly disruptive.
