I joined the business in the early days having previously worked with Capture as a client at P&G. I am now responsible for heading up our planning & creative departments, working hard to ensure we build the most effective campaign responses and best utilise shopper budgets.

How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture values?
Stay Foolish – I always aim to trial new approaches and I very much believe that you should continue to innovate how you do things. Whether it’s building test & learn plans for clients, or running hackathons internally, sometimes doing something a little different is the best way to grow.
What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?
Shopper media is an effective investment choice for brands, but it’s easy to get it wrong. The best plans are made up of a series of small choices, added together in a way that delivers results.
What’re you known for around the office?
Never managing to get a desk and running from meeting to meeting. Oh and breaking any technology I come into contact with.
