Favourite Capture campaign and why?

I’m still only 3 months in to my Capture journey – watch this space!

How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture Values?

Stay Hungry – I pride myself on being a very enthusiastic and positive person no matter the situation. Even when things don’t go according to plan, there is usually a way round it and a solution for every issue. Staying hungry to solve a problem is the key!

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?

Targeting a specific customer at a given point in time is the most important element to any campaign – if you show media to relevant, motivated and engaged shoppers you will ultimately convince them to add that product or brand to their basket!

What are you known for around the office?

My obsession with Barry’s Bootcamp. It’s basically a cult. But I love it.

If you were a piece of shopper media, what would you be and why?

A die-cut aisle fin – as there’s lots of different sides to me
