How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture values?

Stay Honest – I pride myself on my organisation and my very strict to-do list, if it’s not on the list, it doesn’t exist! I also have to be extremely pragmatic in order to adapt to the ever changing demands of a growing company.

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?

How genuinely influential it can be.

What are you known for around the office?

I suppose for just being there, to answer queries, requests and making sure everyone is OK. I’m also known for being quite useful during a flood…
