How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture Values?
Stay foolish – I am a curious person and appreciate that I may ask a lot of questions but I do this to make sure that everything is being done in the most efficient way. Making a fool of myself happens quite regularly too.
What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?
Shopper is not just a bit of cardboard in a supermarket!!! The shopper journey goes back so much further than you think and you can be influenced unknowingly while sat on your sofa. It is SUPER important to support your campaign with shopper because otherwise it means you are falling at final (and most important) hurdle.
What are you known for around the office?
My obsession with the snazzy coffee machine in our swanky new office.
