Favourite Capture campaign and why?

The Yorkshire Tea: Toast & Jam NPD was a real highlight. It was great working on the campaign end-to-end getting to see our creative concept work come to life across all the different media planned, and seeing how that work help to launch an exciting new product for a great brand.


How do you best demonstrate one of the Capture Values?

Stay Hungry. I love a new challenge. I also reliably have a bag of sweets on me - I take a holistic approach to demonstrating our values.


What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about shopper?

The role of impulse in FMCG. Shopper becomes increasingly important when you remember that FMCGs are rarely considered purchases and so ensuring your brand cuts through the noise at each stage through to point of purchase is vital.


What are you known for around the office?

Tea-maker. I’d like to say something more profound, but it’s tea making.
