And retailers get it too. The number of ways for shoppers to transact are rising, store formats are changing and the fight for marketing spend is nothing short of brutal. The importance of the in-store experience has never been more critical.

But creating successful co-marketing campaigns between brands and retailers has been notoriously difficult.

Our business is growing fast which means we’ll run assessment days from time to time. We’ve had two this year, resulting in 7 new faces joining the team.

We set our recruits the challenge of responding to a brief like one we would get from a client (well, not quite…. ours was for a new product called Sausghetti) The team covered everything from insight led planning through to creative and media buying.

“My role at Capture is my first job since Uni. I work in the media partnerships team building relationships with media owners and retailers.

I am solely responsible for the post booking process, working with the wider team to ensure artwork is scheduled to go live in-store.

I have a huge amount of scope within my role and am learning something new everyday.”

I now work in the client services team on key brand accounts. That’s alongside helping to build the business by developing new clients.
