Capture is the fastest growing Marketing Agency in the UK. We specialise in Shopper Marketing — marketing to shoppers (rather than consumers) using all retail media channels and sophisticated insights from retailer data.

Our clients include 45 of the top 50 FMCG Brands — from Warburtons to Kraft, Nestle, GSK, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble. Capture’s team works mainly from their office inside the Sainsbury’s head office in Holborn.

We are currently embarking on the fourth year of our business plan which has seen annual billings grow to over £11m in 2011.

What we are looking for

Capture is a young company growing fast. We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

Leadership — our expectations are that you are a motivated self-starter who is energised by the commercial opportunity but not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

Passion and Ownership — we care passionately about what we do and achieving good results for our clients. With a young and relatively inexperienced team you will waste no time in coaching, managing and training them to deliver (with the full day-to-day support of the Board).

Business development — as an experienced commercial operator you will spot opportunities to add value to our clients and develop solutions to capitalise on them to win new business.

Organisation — there is no space for mistakes when managing clients’ needs and their business. An organised, thorough approach with eye for detail and contingency planning is critical.

Adaptability — you will be based in the head offices of our retailer partner. You will be constantly alert to the potential commercial issues that can arise between our clients and Sainsbury’s and manage projects and communications appropriately to minimise the risk of problems and maximise the joint value of our work.

Client Director: key responsibilities

Business development — you will be responsible for growing the revenues of some of our biggest accounts

Client management — you will own the relationships with these clients and with your team deliver proposals and campaigns that exceed their expectations

Stakeholder management — you will liaise between the Agency and our retailer partner Sainsbury’s to ensure that campaigns and plans meet with their approval

People management — you will manage and coach a team of 1-2 junior staff, growing in line with revenue

Organisation development — you will play a lead part in developing our processes and policies as the company moves from a start-up phase to a more scalable, mature enterprise

Reporting — you will report to a Board Director

Pay & Conditions

Base salary will be commensurate with experience. The Company Bonus scheme pays up to an additional 20% on top of base salary.

25 Days Holiday per annum in addition to statutory public holidays.
