The two of them were working for dunnhumby when they saw an opportunity to transform the shopper media industry. With just £1000 between them and set up in Matt’s bedroom for an office, they launched Capture.
We have had a few homes since then, growing from a team of two to over sixty people across multiple locations. We’ve broken ground with both retailers and brands to build co-marketing campaigns that create tangible commercial value. We are Capture and our mission is to transform shopper media.
What do you do?
I lead the Capture client team; ensuring we deliver the best possible service and maintain great relationships with our clients.
What do you love most about the role/team/working at Capture?
The variety; both in the clients and the bespoke service that each needs as well as the ever-changing landscape providing challenges and opportunities in which to adapt to and continually evolve our proposition for the better.
What are you known for in the office?
Probably for being an ‘old timer’!
What has been your proudest moment while working here?
I’m going to cheat and give a shortlist of proud moments! Firstly, so many proud moments stem from seeing the growth of our team and people development within the business. Having seen the business grow from 3 people to almost 100 today, it has been an incredible journey and one that was made so poignant recently in our all group away day; listening to the teams achievements and seeing a full and buzzing room of proud and successful people working for the business. Secondly, I feel so much pride when I see Capture’s work getting recognised within the industry; demonstrating that we truly are delivering what we set out to do – to transform the world of shopper media.
